Maternelle & Primaire

Congratulations P5, S1&S2 DE!

In December 2013 the European School of Brussels IV participated  in the internet advent calendar “Maths before Christmas” with great success.
Our school performed as best school in a non-German speaking foreign country.
On each of the 24 days before Christmas there was a short story hidden behind a virtual wicket combined with a mathematical riddle to solve.
64 students of the German speaking section in the classes P5, S1 and S2 handed in 1316 answers out of which 932 were correct.

Operation Shoe Box!

Shoe Box

Dear Parents,

As last year, our nursery and primary pupils are invited to participate in the “Operation Shoe

Box”; this is a charity project which provides boxes of supplies such as food and drink for

homeless and deprived people in Brussels.

The fabulous 2014 European Hours Calendar is on sale soon!

Children in P5 have worked extremely hard to put together another wonderful calendar for you to buy. This is a great opportunity to support not only the children who created it but also the charitable organisation that we are affiliated to. Money raised from the sale of this calendar will help pay the annual school fees for 5 Ugandan children. In addition, some of the money raised will help us to make more improvements to our school playground!
