The Policy on Enrolment in the Brussels European Schools for the 2026-2027 school year is available here and on the website of the Office of the Secretary-General of the European Schools under the Enrolments tab. We highly recommend that you read the policy very carefully before starting the enrolment procedure.

The enrolment or transfer application, accompanied by all the required documents (see list of documents in Annex V of the Enrolment Policy – in PDF format), must be submitted online via the Enrolment Portal and within the required deadlines.

Information about the online enrolment procedure as well as the link to the Enrolments Portal is available on the intranets of the European institutions as well as from the Enrolments secretariat of the Brussels school/site corresponding to the first preference.

The procedure is organised in two steps:

1. Eligibility request via the enrolments portal to access the online enrolment form.
2. THEN submission of the enrolment or transfer application.

If you have already received this link and you have an account, it is not necessary to submit a new eligibility request. Your account remains valid for 10 years.

For your information, children already enrolled for the ongoing school year will be enrolled automatically for the following school year: no re-enrolment is necessary.
