EEB4 at the New European Bauhaus Festival 2026

The European School of Brussels IV (EEB4) is proud to participate in the New European Bauhaus Festival 2026 as part of the NEB Satellite Events programme. The festival will take place in Brussels from 9 to 13 June 2026, bringing together initiatives across Europe that promote sustainability, creativity, and inclusion.

A Green and Clean School Initiative with a strong European dimension

European Garden at EEB4 is a project developed within the Green and Clean School project, with a strong emphasis on the European dimension. It aims to connect environmental awareness, cultural diversity and creativity within the daily life of our school community.

The European Garden Concept

At the centre of the initiative is the creation of a European Garden installation within the school environment, inspired by plants and flowers associated with different European countries. The project explores biodiversity while celebrating the cultural richness of the communities represented at EEB4.

Learning Across Disciplines

The project promotes cross-curricular collaboration among departments and across school cycles. Teachers and pupils are encouraged to contribute through existing activities developed in their courses, including artistic interpretations, reflections on nature and sustainability, and explorations of European cultural traditions.

A Living Project

Throughout the remaining time until the start of the festival, selected projects, images and short videos documenting the initiative will be shared here, highlighting the creativity and engagement of the EEB4 community.

Through its participation in the New European Bauhaus Festival, EEB4 contributes to a broader European dialogue on how education, sustainability and culture can shape the spaces in which we learn and live.
