Yearbook

The Yearbook is a retrospective book of the school year. It is made of articles written by the teachers and the pupils, class pictures and displays important events that have taken place at EEB4. It is the same version for nursery, primary and secondary.

Important: Participation is optional which means not all classes write an article. If you would like to make sure an article will be written about your child’s class, we advise you to contact their class teacher.

Consent

Pupils whose parents have not given their consent for them to appear in the Yearbook (refused or missing) by the end of the school year will be blurred to comply with GDPR regulations. If you want to update your consent, we advise to do so as soon as possible.

Orders

All families can order the Yearbbok. It is not possible to order a Yearbook by e-mail or by phone. Orders are usually launched around May. Payment has to be made on the bank account of the APEEE Bru4. Practical information is sent to the families via the My School-SMS portal.

In order to avoid waste, we only produce the number of copies ordered and paid for. Therefore, it is not possible to place a late order once production has started.

How to collect the Yearbook

When ready, the Yearbook is distributed directly to nursery and primary pupils. Secondary pupils must collect it from their Educational Advisor.

If your child no longer attend EEB4, you may get your Yearbook:

  • By collecting it from the guards (if you still live in Brussels);
  • By asking a family with whom you are still in contact to collect it for you;
  • By post (if you have moved away).

If this applies to you, please inform Ms Justine Dauchot (justine.dauchot@eursc.eu).
