P4 & P5: Recommended criteria when purchasing electronic devices

Following the Covid-19 pandemic and the organisation of  distance teaching and learning, it has been strongly recommended that P4 and P5 pupils have access to their own electronic device just in case distance teaching and learning has to be organised again. With this in mind, you might be considering the purchase of an electronic device for your child. In order to help you make an informed decision, and to facilitate subsequent transition from primary to secondary, please take time to read the criteria which were drafted by our secondary colleagues.
