School expenses (frais scolaires) apply to all pupils individually. Please note that they are invoiced independently of the school fees (minerval).

(*) Student card: In secondary, each pupil receives a student card. It is invoiced €5.00. If the student card is lost, a new student card will be issued and charged €5.00. In the event that the old card is found after the new one has been produced, no refund will be made.

(**) Locker: This amount is invoiced once and for the duration of the pupil’s schooling based on the year in which they entered EEB4. In the case of a departure before S7, please 1) notify your child’s educational advisor and 2) request a refund of the prorated amount for the years spent at the school, by e-mail to LAE-INVOICING@eursc.eu with the account number on which you wish to be refunded.

For example:

  • Your child started EEB4 in S3, the amount invoiced for his/her locker will be 50.00 €, i.e. 10.00 € per year spent in secondary school.
  • Your child has been enrolled in EEB4 since at least S1, he/she leaves the school at the end of S5, two years can be reimbursed, i.e. 20.00 € on the 70.00 € invoiced in S1.
