Enrolments 2024-2025

Children already enrolled for the ongoing school year will be enrolled automatically for the following school year: No re-enrolment is necessary.

Policy on Enrolment in the Brussels European Schools for the 2024-2025 school year

It is recommended to read the Policy very carefully before starting the enrolment procedure. It is also available on the website of the OSGES when clicking on the “Enrolments” tile.

The enrolment or transfer application, accompanied by all the required documents (see list of documents in Annex V of the Enrolment Policy) in the form of PDF files, must be submitted online via the Enrolment Portal and within the required deadlines.

Information about the online enrolment procedure as well as the link to the enrolments portal is available on the intranets of the European institutions as well as from the enrolments secretariat of the Brussels school/site corresponding to the first preference.

The procedure is organised in two steps:

  1. Eligibility Request via the Enrolments Portal to access the online form.
    • N.B.: If you have already received this link and you have an account, it is not necessary to submit a new eligibility request. Your account remains valid for 10 years.
  2. Then submission of the enrolment or transfer application once access to the portal has been granted.

Step 1

The eligibility request MUST be submitted:

1st enrolment phase mandatory from 8 January to 29 January 2024 from 08:00 to 16:00 (Brussels time)
2nd enrolment phase from 21 May 2024 to 21 August 2024 from 08:00 to 16:00 (Brussels time)

N.B.: The enrolments secretariats of the schools/sites will be closed from 22 July to 16 August 2024.

Step 2

The enrolment or tranfer request must be submitted within the deadlines below:

N.B.: The enrolments secretariats of the schools/sites will be closed from 22 July to 16 August 2024.

School visit and Open Day

Prospective parents are invited to an open day on Wednesday May 29, 2024. Children are welcome to attend. The information session ends with a tour of the school. Registration is compulsory. More information will be communicated directly to the families concerned.

Apart from that, it is not possible to visit the school, except during class or section events to which families are invited.
