The Policy on Enrolment in the Brussels European Schools for the 2025-2026 school year will be available on the website of the Secretary-General of the European Schools (OSGES) as from 3 January 2025. To access it, click on the yellow tile “Enrolments” or follow the direct link.

We strongly recommended you to read the policy very carefully before starting the enrolment procedure.

Calendar and Enrolment procedure

The enrolment or transfer application, accompanied by all the required documents (see list of documents in Annex V of the Enrolment Policy) in PDF format, must be submitted online via the Brussels European Schools enrolment Portal and within the required deadlines.

Information about the online enrolment procedure as well as the link to the Enrolments Portal will be available on the intranets of the European institutions as well as from the Enrolments secretariat of the Brussels school/site corresponding to the first preference as from 7 January 2025.

The procedure is organised in two steps:

• Eligibility request via the enrolments Portal to access the online enrolment form;
• THEN submission of the enrolment or transfer application once access to the portal has been granted.

If you have already received this link and you have an account, it is not necessary to submit a new eligibility request.

For your information, children already enrolled for the ongoing school year will be enrolled automatically for the following school year: no re-enrolment is necessary.
