The Parents Association of the European School of Brussels IV (Laeken), APEEE Bru4, is located on the school premises. It is an autonomous entity established as an aisbl.

The APEEE offers the following services: transport, canteen and cafeterias, extracurricular activities (also referred to as périscolaire).
